hazelnuts which have been shelled and pasteurized. A clean, fresh characteristic flavor of hazelnuts absent of musty, rancid, bitter and other off flavors. Kernel color is cream to tan with red-brown to dark brown skins. Kernel size is 13mm-15mm.

 
Shelf life is twelve (12) months from date of manufacture. Storage temperature: Ambient (<90F). Recommended storage 38-45F. Store product away from odor producing substances.
